What is it with all these silly little bottles that cost a fortune....

With probiotics, plant sterols, blood pressure stuff, fgs they will have them for itchy big toes or something next.

Can't you just BUY probiotic powder at a fraction of the cost? What about plant sterols, can you get them elsewhere or do you have to spend £5 for 4 days worth of drinks?

It all seems maaaaad I tell you

Yes I agree we just get normal bio live yog and then mix in stewed fruit.

My DS1 loves them and would like me to buy them for him (I went through a stage of buying Yakult for myself and he tried them) but since learning more about what is in them, the probiotics etc, I just buy bio yoghurt and occasionally top up with some acidophilous tablets if I feel the need. Couldn't aford to buy everyone a Yakult to have every morning.

i am drinking the plant sterol ones for cholestoral as mine was a bit high. Can't i just buy some flipping plant sterol?
