my dd phoned the docs up 3times for an appointment ,she had been having belly pains for over 2 weeks ,anyhow to cut long story short the receptionist told her she could not have an appointment as she dint think dd needed to see a doc .turns out now she had a very servere kidney infection chest infection /blood clot .i went to see my dd in hosp today she looks awfull ,do u think she should complain to the docs ,im very angry on her behalf Angry also went to a&e took blood lost that and dint send her home with any meds as she was still in pain :(

Complain! Receptionists are not medically trained and shouldn't turn sick children away like this. I hope she's on the mend quickly.

shes 20 Grin i have never seen her so ill :( cant keep anyfood or water down on 3 diff drips

She's still your child. Wink I'd complain. I wouldn't want to see my son like this, no matter how old he was.
