9.5 month old baby refusing food (has been ill) - when do I officially worry?

Baby has been off food since last Wednesday night - threw up in the night and since then her appetite has dwindled from trying some food and eating it to now just turning her face away. She was also sick 3 times over Saturday night and Sunday morning but no temp and not seeming ill at all otherwise.

Help! She looks like she's fading away. Still breastfed and that's all she'll take. Should I be doing something?

Thanks

I wouldn't worry so long as she is still getting fluid... especially if that fluid is breastmilk because she is getting some nutrients in there too. I'd give it a couple of days and see if the appetite comes back.

dd was ill with sickness/runs she lost 1lb in the week she was ill (is on special milk as it is as her weight gain was poor) we just muddled on kept offering food and loads more fluid, agree with uwila to give it a few more days and if you see no improvement see your gp

thanks for this thread. my dd 7mths also been unwell. started last saturday was off food only taking formula 'till wednesday. appetite came back thursday but has been sick 3 times since then, 2 of which were yesterday. seems she is sick when she eats too much so am offering smaller meals more often. anyway thought i'd post as it might help to know what to expect if dd is anything to go by could be over a week before she is totally back to normal - however as I sais was eating again after 5 days.
