Late period

I usually start on day 24/25. Now day 30 and no sign
All previous months have been normal. Had period like cramps last night, feel bloated but it just isnt appearing!
Could it just be a random late ovulation?

Have you done a test?

If so, and neg obv, then it could just be one of those things. I had a 9 day late period last year for no reason. A couple of months ago I was a week early too. Mostly I'm regular within a day or two. It's not uncommon.

Test again in a couple of days maybe if no show and see GP if nothing in another week?

Yes am all confused tho as last time was 9 days ago, time before that 9 weeks ago!
So since the 9 weeks ago I have had a normal period so I couldn't be pregnant, and the 9 days ago wouldn't show on a test would it?
Anyway I've tested on a 50p test and it's negative. Still not started, stomach hugely bloated
I use persona so very aware of my cycle

I guess if you'd ovulated very late and conceived 9 days ago then you could maybe be pg but too early to show. Late ovulation would also explain the late period (whether you conceived or not).

I'd just wait a few more days and see what happens. 5 days late isn't that out of the ordinary ime, even for people who normally have regular cycles.

Yep will wait! Just weird as if anything I ovulate early

God our bodies can be bastards!

Well I guess at least it's here now. My "odd" months seem to happen around once a year and I wonder if I'd even notice if I didn't track my cycle so closely.

Hopefully you'll be back to normal next month.
