Ive been on noriday for 3 months now. First two months had heavy bleeding on the break through bleeds but no cramping. This month the bleeding has lessened but I keep getting sharp twinges in my lower left back area. Not really bad but enough to be of discomfort.
Is this just the pill settling down?
