Had cervial ablation on 1st Aug to remove second lot of Polyps and sort out my irregular bleeding prob and painful periods. Umm not too pleased cause my period is usually due on 20th ish now i think this is my period that i am having now. Started 4 days ago, cramps and spotting/leaking. It is a brown discharge type substance exactly like spotting just before period. Thickish but also sometimes watery and drips when on loo. I am due to see specialist again as follow up appt from surgery but just wondered as i am on holiday on Saturday am i likely to have this go on or will it stop? Is this a period? Does it get better? The cramps are not pleasant and uncomfortable...not what i expected, but not as painful as my period before my op, for which i was doubled up in pain. (Aged 43)
