To anyone who is looking for a new nhs dentist..........

Me, ds and dp all get free dental treatment, our dentist kept all the 'exempt' patients on at first but now it's going totally private blah blah blah..........(I'm sure you know all about this!)Angry

anyway, I was told to ring the nhs direct helpline who could tell me which dentists in my area are taking on new patients, and I did and was told the only dentist to go to was 10 miles away. But luckily I decided to ring all the dentists in my town in the yellow pages and one was taking on just children for free treatment, so registered ds so at least he had somewhere to go, then when I rang another they said they are taking on another dentist next month and we are all now on a waiting list and will definitely have a dentist next month! :o

So just wanted to let you know, don't just go on what nhs direct tell you :)
