I didn't really do much to exercise them after having my dc. Every now and then i leak when sneezing, jumping etc. I am determined to sort this out and have read really good reviews of SensaTone pelvic floor exerciser, but would really appreciate your top tips before i go ahead and get one.

I bought an electric pelvic toner just before Christmas. I have used it almost daily for months, however I still leak significantly when i try to do any jumping moves in my workout so i have come to the conclusion that it is not really doing much.

So I have just started using my pelvic cones again. I am on the largest one with no weight in, but cannot hold it in for long. I don't think the electric toner worked for me. I'm hoping the cones will improve my pelvic floor but it's too early to tell yet.

There's a great e-book which I saw here by an Australian physio- Michelle. Sorry haven't got the link to hand but it's £12 and worth it- lots of info and she has a website with info too.

I have used an electronic toner and I swear by mine.
