I have all but am scared shitless to see doc about sleep apnoea because they take your driving licence away and I would literally kill myself if I wasn't allowed to drive, I live in the middle of nowhere no buses no services f all. Im so tired all the time but keep waking up gasping for air, thats why always on at strange times in middle of night. Any advice greatly appreciated.

How can you be sure you have sleep apneoa if you don't see a doc? And sorry to say but they don't take away your license for no good reason if its not just yourself you kill from falling a sleep at the wheel you could kill someone else and then how bad would you feel?

As for the nasal polyps they are easily fixable with some da surgery. My sister had them for years and did nothing about it then she had the surgery to remove them and it was the best thing she ever did.

Please go and see your docs.

i have had polyps removed before but they have grown back and I did tell doc about sleep apneoa and he told me "lets just say we.ve had a conversation about your weight because idf i diagnose sleep apnoea then I will have to report to dvla, old doc retired now. But i am having so much problems losing weight because cant exercise cos asthma so bad an always knackered from being wakened up 10 ties a night gasping for breath.
