Festivefly · 17/12/2003 10:20

My skin is dull dull dull, i feel like i am getting extra wrinkles over night. My forehead is dry but my chin is greasy. Is any one else looking in the mirror and wanting to hibernate at the moment. I just look grey run down and knackered. Any miracle cures to make your face gleam like its spring again. Thankyou

Thanks codswallop, i've obviously reached the point when i have to invest in my face, instead of a baby wipe.

ok,good luck with your essay by the way

Festivefly · 17/12/2003 19:04

I've finished it just now, it would have been done hours ago if i didn't keep looking on in here! It probably goes off in tangents about rabbits and skin creams

An afternoon of hot, steamy sex does wonders for your complexion. You'll have a rosy glow for days.

Festivefly · 17/12/2003 19:07

Thats why its so bloody dull and grey then, its mirrored my love life

Tinyfeet
An afternoon-of-sex!!!! I don't seem to have that phrase in my vocabulary.
Most of us would be lucky for a quick kneetrembler between doing the laundry and telling the kids to get back in bed! or is that just me?
It always makes me laugh when the hospital ask you what you will use for contraception once you get home with the baby. The answer is, the baby (ies)

And back to the real thread ... avocado does work and Neal's Yard Frankincense Nourishing Cream is delicious on dry skin.

stuffedturkey · 17/12/2003 19:38

who are you breadsauce?
whymummy here

Breadsauce · 17/12/2003 19:44

Icannot reveal my identity until GladTidings does the same but I shall be in the bar with FF, FairyLou and HogmanyJan later tonight, unless of course they have real lives to be getting on with

FairyLou · 17/12/2003 19:48

This is my real life atm.

Breadsauce · 17/12/2003 19:50

Mine too and to paraphrase Justin 'I'm bloody lovin' it'
Without it I think I would develop some strange feral behaviours and only speak to DH and Kids.

So see you in the bar later?

FairyLou · 17/12/2003 20:01

Am queueing already, with fiver in hand.

alibubbles · 17/12/2003 20:33

Hey Coddy, I have all of the range, in all of the sizes, in all of the skin types, but can't be a*d to use any of it. Still all in the boxes!

The aforementionned are the only ones I've been convinced by, unless you can enlighten me and tell me that Uncircle works and then I'll use it. I find Benefit eye bright is good for making your eyes look awake!

The Fresh tint moisturiser is good too.

boyandgirl · 17/12/2003 21:25

Mmf-mmf-nggh.

That's the sound of me extracting my foot from my mouth, Festivefly.

Sorry, I thought you might be meaning that you were going to ring my dh! Torn between 'well, you might as well have him, I don't seem to be making much use of him' and 'No! Mine! Mine! Mine!'

Festivefly · 17/12/2003 21:28

It was funny, i was picturing it all day, excuse me can you ask your new boyfriend to come and wash me
