no not pg and i managed to screw my arm back in place

get yourself some boots cold and flue relief capsules! cheaper than sudafed!

don't get sucked in by the "extra power" ones... they have less of the active ingredient, and added paracetamol in them

I find lemsip give me a gugly tummy at the best of times, some simple co-codamol 8/500 will help to dry everything up and should help your tummy to.

So glad you got your arm sorted, had nightmares about that for days!

but my arm still clicking abit... must need abit of oiling

well ive only been taking beechams lemsips atm

will that also work on my tummy too (or its all related as ive had a dodgy tummy for a month and it went worse the day before my cold came out)
