Preg symptoms but NOT preg?

Today I keep getting waves of sickness washing over me and Im absolutely knackered. Im not pregnant as (a) dh has had the snip and (b) my period started last Friday after 3 weeks. I feel a hormonal wreck today.

Was it a proper period? When did he get the 'snip', any chance of any live ones lying around so to speak? How old are you (i.e. could this be atconnected to the menopause)?

Eh, a virus maybe when all else fails .

it was normal in that it was heavyish for day 1 and is still tailing off, but my last one was quite short lived and stopped quite abruptly. DH had the snip just over 9 years ago but I have been avoiding sex at ovulation "just in case" as I am so paranoid about becoming pregnant.

I wondered whether it could be connected to menopause for a few reasons - im 37 btw

Still young Jampots thou' to be even peri-menopausal (not that I know that much about it to be fair).

If me I would wait a few days or so, see how I felt and if not improving head of to the GP for some advice and/or tests - could be something simple like your iron levels perhaps.
