So, my lovely neighbour was at a seminar with a nutritionist this morning, came round, bagged a coffee and said 'fanny, I know what's wrong with you'.

So prob not a coincidence that the rheumatologist I saw yesterday ordered a vitamin d test, although she also tested for b12 and something else, plus gave me a 'diagnostic' steroid injection and said if I didn't react to that I probably just had damage from being hypermobile... So some clutching at straws all round..?

So my thinking is, it won't hurt to supplement with d, I'll get the results next week on the blood tests anyway, and if it is om I'll have a head start on getting better and getting enough energy that I can start exercising more and cooking properly.

What do you think? does that sound sensible? neighbour's saying I should consult someone first - and I know the danger of Dr google is that you do that horoscope thing of thinking 'that's so me', but I'd love to be able to do something now.

Second question, how much is safe to supplement?

Apologies if rambling - day 6 of migraine level headache...
