Nasal steroids

Has anyone else taken these and felt their mood deteriorating and suffered with insomnia over time?

I've taken them for over a month and this has happened - going to stop for a while and are if improvement.

Do you mean nasal sprays for allergies etc? I have taken these for years with no side effects. Can you change the actual medication?

I've also taken these for months at a time and no noticed any side effects. Have a chat with GP or pharmacist, see if they can suggest any better alternatives.
