Spots down to stress - what can I do about them?

OK so very stressfull time at the moment and for the first time in my life I've started getting spots. I am putting this purely down to stress but what can I do about them.

I don't just mean the simple ones either I mean the big sor ones that swell up on your chin into a big red headless lump that feels like a bruise but you can't help prodding it..

They're popping (or rather swelling) up all over my face.. what can I do about them?!?!? they're awful and I'm starting to looking like I've got a boil on my chin forhead, jaw etc...

no remedy im afraid but i sympathise. ive had spots ever since i was 13, and now at 28 i still have them, just with an added few wrinkles. for crying out loud...you would have thought i could have been blessed with decent skin for at least a couple of years. ive had all kinds of lotions and tablets but nothing has ever worked Sad.

The Olay facial washes are great. They are in a white tube.. like a short, face toothpaste tube shape. You can see the difference in days. (And no I do not work for them! :))

nightowl i empathise with you. I've had spots since i was 13 too. just a few spot-free years is all i want! an ocean of washes, lotions wil not do it, thought i can say that Atkins diet did (food sensitivity?)

MDB, this is sudden onset and therefore sounds like a bacterial infection or virus rather than our run-of-the-mill acne. I would check out the docs, may need antibiotic?

Well went training last night and sweated a lot. Followed by loads of cleansing/toning last night and this morning. Some of them seem to be drying up already.. it's really weird.. I think buy tomorrow morning I'm going to look like I've had chicken pox!
