Decapeptyl - Livial Query

I was recently diagnosed with Fibroids - heavy flooding & cramps. The specialist has told me she has put me on a six month course of Decapeptyl to shut my system down and Livial HRT to counteract any menopausal systems. (I was prescribed the Decapeptyl about 5 years ago for endometriosis but wasn't given the Livial HRT at the time). I had the first injection just over two weeks and in that time I've put on a stone, my legs and ankles were so swollen I felt like stabbing them with a fork to relieve the pressure. My core is swollen and tender and I'm getting banging headaches. I went to GP this morning who checked my blood pressure - it was perfect (about the only bl**dy thing) and suggested I come off the Livial for a couple of weeks to see if this makes an improvement. I'm a dog walker and do an exercise class once a week so reasonably active but like most people I can't afford to put on any weight let alone a stone. If anyone can offer any anecdotal guidance it would be much appreciated.
