Sore spot/lump on left nipple

Just to the left of the actual nipple. It feels like a spot you'd get on your face but I can't see a white head or anything. Quite sore to touch but just the spot bit. I'm away on holiday for two weeks as from tomorrow, gp is shut today, any advice? Not pg or bf-ing but did start period yesterday. Thank you.

i'm not qualified to know, tbh. however, if it's any comfort, most lumps bumps on the beasts are fine. i had one last year which turned out to be innocent (can't even remember what it was now).
probably linked to your hormones, if you have just come on.

I would imagine it is a spot/ingrown hair/insect bite. I have no medical knowledge and if you are worried do NHS direct or a walk in center, but if it was on me I woudn't give it a second thought and would expect it to be gone in a few days.
