Does your dentist let you pay in instalments??

My husband is suffering (again) with toothache. I've made 3/4 appts over the past year for him at various dentists, and he finally went to mine last year for a checkup etc and told them he wont have any treatment without sedation. He's needle phobic, hospital phobic and he did really well to get in that chair. He actually passes out so it was a massive step forward. So fast forward 6 months and he never went back and now he's desperately in pain and we have no money until the end of August. The dentist want £69 for x-rays and checkup then its £90 for sedation + cost of treatment. He will need teeth out and fillings. I'm worried that he's making himself ill, as he also has a huge abscess. We're up to our eyes in debt and just about managing atm as it is Sad
