Bad Tummy Bug, i think (sorry if TMI)!

i think ive got a bad tummy bug. Ive got no symptons apart from whenever i have something to eat (no matter how small it is) i always have severe diareah (sorry if TMI).
Is this a tummy bug, and can my kids pick it up?

Probably a tummy bug, yes your kids can pick it up. Be very careful about washing your hands after going to the loo.

Some say that stopping eating, only having water, is the fix for these bugs. Some say it doesn't make a difference.

How long have you had it for? Dioralyte can help, sometimes.

Ive had for really since having my dd (months ago). It seems to come and go constantly!!

Hmm, if it's coming and going, it could be some sort of IBS. It could be some sort of persistent tummy bug. If it comes and goes, then you're probably not salt-depleted, and in need of dioralyte. I would talk to your GP. And, frankly, take in a stool sample ...
