seborrheic eczema - shampoo no longer working:-(

I have had seb derm since my late teens but I have been using the body shop ginger shampoo for about two or so years and it was working perfectly at keeping the seb derm under control but now I am pretty sure it is no longer working anymore as it has come back. I had heard that the skin can develop resistance to shampoo and obviously that is now true:-(

Do those of you have it rotate the shampoos you use? any good suggestions to try? I also would like to try and use an non chemical 'organic' shampoo inbetween and try and reduce how often per week I need to use the anti dandruff shampoos for the seb derm. I wash my hair every day.

Feel pretty despondent about it as it was under control and now I am back to having my hair falling out again. I was wondering about using nizoral and then a good organic chemical free one in between. I hated using nizoral though as it totally destroyed my hair in the process. The body shop one (and the similar phillip kingsley one) were the only two that weren't too drying for my hair.

I also totally get that diet is key to this but wondered if anybody had had good sucess with diet and this condition? I went gluten free and for the first time in my life my hair stopped falling out (i realised after my hair was falling out due to the gluten issue AND my scalp condition but with the shampoo working until recently and taking the gluten out meant the hair loss totally stopped)

would really like to hear from other people as do feel a bit alone in trying to sort it out.
