What does concussion feel like?

Donated blood last night, fainted at the biscuit table and cracked myself on the head. I have a nice big bump and a sore head and neck which I would expect but I also feel a little bit woozy. Not massively but just a bit out of it, like I'm up out of bed after a long illness. I keep thinking of these people who whack their heads and drop dead 3 days later. Does slight wooziness sound normal?
