How quickly will spa tone take to work?

Got box loads of the stuff. Started yesterday, took two sachets today.

Depends on how anaemic you are, but it works faster than the tablets. Are you taking it with fruit juice? It is great stuff.

Yep taking it with orange juice. How did it improve things with you?

Less wobbly - lost a lot of blood after ds, and was threatened with a transfusion, but I didn't want one! I think it helped my recovery a bit faster, but was knackered still - whether that was anaemia or sleep depravation I don't know :)
