Last weekend my baby, then my toddler and then me were all sick in rapid succession and I put it down to some chilli we all shared which may not have been properly reheated (DH feels guilty as he cooked it but was the only one not to eat it!) tho baby only had a tiny taste. She was sick a couple more times, mostly small bits, a bit of the runs and off her food for a while. Me and dd1 have been OK but a bit off our food. Then we went on hol monday to centerparcs, and were OK apart from me and dd2 getting the lurgy (sore head, blocked up nose, sore throat) which has meant dd2 still not eating fantastically. Then yesterday at lunchtime she puked again, quite a lot considering she hadn't eaten much. Fine later, no runs or anything. Now she's just thrown up again this lunchtime. Ate breakfast fine and dinner last night. The two lunches were not the same food, though coincidentally did both contain broccolli, but she's been all right with that in the past. Should we just keep her on milk and/or plain stuff like weetabix for a while? She's only been having veg purees fruit and yoghurt anyway. What would you do?

Sounds a bit like what my son's had. Sickness on and off and v tired/off food a bit. Probably best just to stick to plain food (rice/mashed potato) for a few days. Hope all's well soon.
