Did anyone notice the change in the Pampers Sensitive??

Just to let you all know, users of Pampers Sensitive, that they changed the formula in them. My baba didn't have any nappy rash while using Pampers Sensitive, she is now 7 months old but since 2 weeks ago, she had the worst nappy rash ever, very sore little bum!!! I realised that the wipes were different from usual so I called them and they told me that they did change the formula (more creamy so the wipes are softer...), so they put more yackyyyyy things on them... But because of not being happy with the product, they offered me coupons of Fairy Non Bio tablets. (I use washable nappies, so couldn't accept the free nappies they were offering me!). I have now to use soap and water or does anybody sugest a different brand????

If you like the branded wipes, we've always got on well with the Huggies Aloe Vera and the Sensitive ones. They are expensive though.

At the moment we're using the ones called Cien from Lidl at 98p per pack, they are fine on both my 8 month old and 2 yr old.

Good luck with finding the right ones. Why do they have to change the mixture?

Thanks, i didn't noticed Wipes containing Aloe Vera.. I should try. They stupidly change the mixture to make the wipes softer... sincerely, I noticed the difference because the wipes felt thinner and not so soft!!!! Maybe they needed a cheaper way of making them.

if you are using washable nappies why not make washable wipes as well

cut up a £3 fleece throw into wipe size pieces and just dip them in water, or camomile tea. PERFECT!

or you could use small flannels etc!

Thank Nanny L. I should start at home using the washable wipes and give the nursery the Aloe Vera wipes. The nursery don't mind the washable nappies (washing them for me!) but prefer using the fatest way of cleaning babies bums... Totally understanting as they have few babies to change...
