Have been prescribed preventer inhalers for possible small airways flow limitation - had a month of QVAR and form last week on Symbicort(sp?). Always drink ro brush my teeth afterwards. However since starting them my tongue feels as if I've burnt it, tinglly or the odd patch of soreness. I'm not sure if I've become less sensitive to heat and eaten/drunk something too hot or if it is a side effect . Any advice please.

Not sure how much help I can be but I use inhalers for asthma and suffer no side effects. Are you using a spacer device? My sister used to get oral thrush from her asthma inhalers-could it be something like that? Does you tongue look normal iyswim? I guess if its worrying you the best thing to do would be contact your GP. HTH
