parents who have asthma/allergie/hayfever are more likely to have atopic babies who will inturn develop athsma eczema etc. there is evidence that exclusive bfeeding, taking probiotics when bfeeding will reduce occurance of eczema. However, I keep in touch with four friends who babys were born within days of one another, ALL were exclusivley bfeed till 6 month and ALL have eczema, I think now a days enviroment is a huge factor. It no comfort but she probably will grow out of it!

sorry, should've said, dd1+2 both have eczema and allergies. i b/f dd3 exclusivly till 6months-ish, and she is still breastfed now. she has an egg allergy as her skin flares if she touches egg.

the wee chap is the same misdee, Its so dissapointing know its not my fault but still feel..dissapointed, was at the dermatologist with the chap today, who told me that aptamil is actually egg based!! (thought originally he had a milk allergy)
This might be useful to you though (if you are getting MMR) she siaid that if it was only a kin sensitivity to egg then in hosp mmr is not needed they only need it if they have had a known anaphalaxis.

Poor you misdee you have my ichy sympathies!
