Abdomen Pain

I've had a dull ache like period pain on and off for 3 weeks now but today its been really bad and doesn't quite feel like period pains any more.

Its a quite a sharp then crampy feeling which goes right round to my back. I feel feverish but not sure if i actually have a temp. Felt sick with the pain!

I've had really heavy periods before (PCOS) but this is different.

Any ideas.

I've just had scans, examinations etc having had something (possibly) similar for many months. The diagnosis is fibroids. Could it be something like this? I have ludicrously heavy periods. Might be worth a trip to the GP, just to find out what it is?

It might be a UTI.

Well i know i have fibroids on one of my ovaries but never had pain quite like this before even with the heaviest of my periods. Its not just worse its different but I'm struggling to describe it. It almos reminds me of contractions in early labour. Also he feverish feeling is confusing me.

Could you phone OOHD and take a sample down? The pain up around your kidneys and fever suggests a pee infection. The pain can be awful with them.
