Due to have my op next Tuesday, 17th July. Very pleased and cant wait to have it done- I have many fibroids (and one extra special huge one).
However, I'm a bit worried about recovery times- we are meant to be going camping on 2 August- over 2 weeks later. The literature the hospital gave me says allow 7-10 days to recover & that I might bleed for 2 weeks. So should be ok?
I'd be really interested in peoples feedback of how it was for them afterwards, many thanks in advance!
