Hot Feet

Hot feet is my issue. Not hot to touch but inside. And they itch but when I itch them it doesn't solve the problem. This is mainly when in bed, so I find myself getting up 2 times a night and running my feet under the cold tap. Anyone else have a similar problem?

I suffer with restless legs too, can never sit and relax for long.

Yes, same here!

Hot baths make mine worse, moisturiser helps a bit. Mine's really bad at moment, am anaemic and I wondered if that affects it?

I get hot feet in bed at night, I have to poke them out. They used to be much worse and I found that it seemsd to be related to alcohol ie: the more I drank the worse they were - over a long period I mean rather than 1 specific night. Not drinking much at the mo as bfing.

wearing wet or frozen socks in bed is lovely. That sounds really weird i know but mine are terrible at the moment and its such a nice relief!

Anonymousse - can't be drink as I can count on one hand the amount of times i've been drunk this year. I've really cut down on that front but still my feet are a nightmare x
