How much Valium/Diazepam does it take for you to work?

I was prescribed measly 2mg to help sleep and for anxiety and it does absolutely nothing for me, in fact made me worse as I was waiting for it to work!!

Per my Gp dad you need to take at least 5 mg and preferably 7mg (10mg will seriously knock you out). I take 2 mg and then 1 further tablet if needed.

However I don't take it for any other reason so if were using it in day that dosage may not work.

Sorry 2 2mg then another if required.

2mg is a homeopathic dose in my opinion. You need at least 5mg!
Doctors are so scared of addiction/abuse that they under prescribe.

2mg may be Ok for the over 75's or for someone less than 7 stone, it doesn't touch most people.

5g won't put me to sleep unless I'm really shattered (but can't sleep IYSWIM)

I take 10mg

2mg wouldn't do anything to me

10mg defo dose to knock you out - I take less as am quite light at moment .

thanks! I'm about 7.3 so quite petite so maybe why so low?
