i had my op a week ago and would like to chat about pain management and recovery times, please. struggling a bit

What is it? I was seen by a doctor a few years ago due to shoulder problems and one of his colleagues mentioned that but he said no, Did teh hospital give you any pain killers?

i had massive tears in the tendons. rotator cuff surgery - keyhole- carried out 7 days ago.

was given only paracetemol and diclofenac -anti inflamm. just not strong enough! since then have tried codeine based meds and tramadol but not happy with side effects. also, my night pain is no better at all so i need something safe and effective to take ...
