tiny watery spots under eye?

i notice that in the last 5months i had a 4 tiny watery spots under my left eye, i have a bags due to lake of sleep in the last 3years because of my babies, but this small spots didnt seems to disapear, and just 4 for more than 5 months, any one had them before? what can it be? and what can i use?

I they are yellow in colour they could be milia. You must not squeeze milia but beauty therapists can remove them with a needle. There is also a condition called Syringoma which are kind of skin coloured spots around the eye area and particularly under the eyes. Bad news if you have these (I have!!)because you can't get rid of them. I have minimised the look of them by applying Argan oil but I can still see them mostly on the top lids. I think they can be frozen off but I am worried that would just make it worse. good luck

yes the second ones, they are skin color under the eyes.
