Bleeding Hell

I've been on Cerazette for 8yrs, it has been ace, no periods other than the odd short bleed once or twice a year. For the last 8wks I have been having.full on period type bleeds every other week. Literally one week off one week on!.
I'm not pregnant (have poas just in case) and I'm not getting any PMS symptoms other than a bit of water retention just before the end of the not bleeding week. I'm 43 have 3 children and this.is driving me nuts

You will need to see your GP re this problem. Any such changes should be reported to your doctor.

I know I know...I have an appointment next week. I was just wondering if anyone else had had this or whether my body is determined to give me every period I've not had in one fell swoop!
