Just posted all this, and it disapeared, so I will try again. I have just visited Holland and Barratt, I could not believe the prices. Can I get my vitamins and supplements online? Where is the cheapest place ?

Superdrug and boots have their own label vitamins which are fairly cheap and they often have 2 for 1 or similar offers.

Don't know about online but these from Tesco are really good value and have the same ingredients as branded ones costing far more. They're on buy 2 get 1 free at the moment too.

Ah, thanks so much. I need somethings that I don't think you will get at Tesco, such as Coenqyme (cant spell Ive just got up ) and 5-HTP.

Thanks ginger, funny you should say zipvit, I was just getting ready to go in town and think what the hell and go to Holland and Barratt, when I typed into the search engine cheap vitamins and people kept saying zipvit, so I rang and ordered my product, the postage was £1. So when it arrives hopefully I will be really pleased. Glad I have got a recommendation though, thanks.

Coenzyme Q10 is sold by Boots. However, you do have to be a bit careful about the cheap'n'cheerful brands - sometimes they really just aren't as good quality, or are in a less-available chemical formulation, so that you absorb far less of them.

Worth making sure that you're getting a decent quality one if you're going to spend the money on them in the first place.

The mg is a high dose, so I think I will be okay.
