Go and see your dentist its free as you are pregnant. Antibiotics can be taken when you are pregnant in extreme cases. Good luck at the dentist he maybe able to sort it without.

Certain antibiotics are fine. I had a uti and was prescribed them. Sometimes they are just needed. Go to ur dentist they will know what u can / can't have. And if your still not happy with what you've been given double check with your gp

You poor thing,I had to have a tooth extracted in pregnancy and with various other things ended up with 4 courses of amoxicillin whilst pregnant. I cried my eyes out every time they were prescribed with the worry of what they were doing to the baby-went on to have a healthy 9.5lb LO so try not to worry if you need them. Hot salt mouth washes are good for wisdom teeth infections. HTH

More danger to the baby from an out of control onfection than antibiotics, don't suffer.

I had antibiotics for sinusitis in my second pregnancy. Go to your gp - they have pretty strict guidelines about what they can and can't prescribe to pregnant women so don't worry!
