I've just had arthritis diagnosed in one knee and the Dr recommends a daily 1500mg dose of Glucosamine Sulphate. The only tablets I can find are like horse pills as they're so large and I find it hard to swallow tablets so I'm looking for a liquid equivalent. Can anyone help please?

I would look in a good Health Food shop that majors in herbalsetc. maybe you can crush one into some yoghurt or something if you can't find any liquid. My DS is like you and she crushes them I think.

Oh another thing you can do for arthritis is to not eat a lot of acid forming foods like vinegar, pork ,tea, oranges etc. and always eat fruit on an empty stomach.

Thanks for replies. Looking for Glucosamine sulphate liquid particularly as the HCL doesn't seem to work as effectively. Have googled but not found any and just wondered if anyone is currently using any. Will visit a good health food shop ppeat - good idea re crushing tablets too.
