Large lump found in delicate area

Hi I have today found a lump(size of a ping pong ball) near my perineum. Its not very painful at the moment but I am aware its there.
I had a bartholin cyst a few months back and that was so so painful.

I called my docs as going to Turkey early Saturday, but they could not see me, just wondered if anyone had ever had anything similar or had any ideas as to what it is??????

Could you go to a walk in clinic tomorrow ? If its a boil/abcess you don't want that untreated on holiday !

My other doctor is in tomorrow around 7am, I may ring and ask him to call me back. Had not thought of a abcess or boil
