I had terrible mouth ulcers like you described although mine are related to a bowel problem I have. My doctor prescribed me strong B vitamins and I haven't had one since! My mouth was literally riddled with them before. I know mouth ulcers can be linked with certain conditions - Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease being the ones I know about so if they don't go away maybe talk to your doctor.

I get them when I'm run down and I find mouthwash gets rid of them really quickly - significantly reduce them overnight. You can get it from pharmacies/ Boots. I agree with hello though if they're ongoing speak to your GP.

I'm immunosuppressed and get them frequently and badly. The only thing that really helps is steroid tablets that you press against the ulcers and melt in your mouth. Obv you need a GP to prescribe them but they really are the bees knees.
