Health problem or health anxiety?

Have had some health symptoms over the last few weeks that have begun to really concern me.

Pressure feeling in my head, sore tongue that makes me feel like I can't speak properly and quite often a feeling like i might pass out. Dr said I have retracted eardrums a few weeks ago and that it would correct itself.

Can my ears make me feel this bad? I always have a level of health anxiety anyway so of course I've convinced myself that I'm going to have a stroke or I have a tumour Sad

I hate to jump in on these threads with my own experience but this does sound anxiety related to me. You would be surprised the level of symptoms that can be caused by anxiety - and believe me, ive had them all, everything from tumours to MS.

The tongue thing could be down to vitamin deficiency, maybe take some multi-vits, can't hurt. I don;t know abut the ear thing but ear problems can certainly cause nausea.

Try some relaxation exercises, or any exercise as that can dissipate anxiety really well and i bet you feel better.

Thanks doggiemumma it helps to hear that it could be anxiety symptoms

I find it hard to admit in RL that I worry so much about health and I think my fears have escalated recently after losing my nan and friends losing their parents suddenly

I need to get back in the gym so will use this as my kick up the backside Grin
