Help my lip has swollen up!

I am on holiday in Spain and woke up this morning and my bottom lip has swollen right up. It looks awful. It feels like I have been to the dentist and had an injection ... Sort of numb and really dry. I don't think I have been stung my anything...any ideas?

An allergy to something maybe, hope it dies down soon, I would dose up with if i We're you.

Thanks - went to chemist and have some cream - its gone down enough so I don't look like I've had too much botox
