Has anyone ever suffered with this?

I'm 28 weeks pregnant and just wondering if there's anything I can do to help it?

Thanks!

Hi there
I had this really bad with my last pregnancy, so much so that my dh couldn't tell if he could see my babies head or a varicose vein when I was giving birth! Anyway they went as soon as I had my baby and I haven't had any trouble with them afterwards.

I had it with DD2 and it was very uncomfortable so I know what you're going through. The good thing was, I had a natural birth in the birthing pool with no problems and they disappeared right away afterwards. The same thing happened to two of my friends although apparently only 4% of people get them!
