or will he just tell me it's a virus and to sit it out??
Been coughing, badly, since last Monday. Only managed about 1hr sleep on Monday night, 2hrs Tuesday as I kept waking up coughing. Went to work Wednesday night and coughed so much I was sick (didn't actually feel sick though). Thursday was feeling all achy and yucky, but thinking of going to work - but was sick again (due to coughing) at 4pm so called in sick (didn't want to 'risk' it in case it was V&D coming on - good job it turns out as half the residents has come down with it).
Friday was feeling a bit better, but still coughing lots and a really sore throat. Went to work and just about got through the whole shift.
Saturday was sick again (due to coughing) and the runny nose started. Spend the night on the recliner chair downstairs as I didn't want to disturb DH. Woke up nearly every 40-45 minutes.
Sunday was pretty much the same - although I slept in bed - and only woke up once - but at 4.30am where I coughed so much I was sick (again) and ended up spending the rest of the night on the sofa. Monday (yesterday) was pretty much the same - but managed to make it through until 6.30 this morning without waking up coughing.
However, I actually felt sick this morning, wasn't though. Sore throat mostly gone, runny nose still here. But feeling decidely icky. Niggling headache on and off all day (can't have any paracetomal as I'm on the Lempsips). Lunchtime I felt really dizzy and ended up going for a sleep when DS2 went down for his.
Woke up late to pick DS1 up from school and thought I was feeling better - until I got back home and slowed down to 'normal' pace again when I've started to feel queezy again.
Haven't actually been sick today - but feel like I could be at any time. All fine at the bottom end atm though.
