I have DD aged 16 who has expressed that she may be depressed. having taken an online test she admitted that she may be mildy depressed. I had noticed signs for several months but put it down to normal teenage beahviour. lying in bed most of the day, avoiding the sun, non-communication unless it something she wants... just the usual. I have tried to discuss with her that she may need to speak with someone about this if she can't speak to me and seem to have made things worse. She attends collecge but otherwise will not leave the house or spend time with anyone. What do I do????
