Never had it before. Both shoulders, and one arm and hand have itchy little bumps on them.

I have woken up with them though, wasn't there lastnight. That is what is confusing me.

Assume they are red/pinky and slightly hot to touch?

UnCharteredromaeosaur · 27/05/2012 08:33

was this skin exposed to the sun at all?

giraffesCantFitInThePalace · 27/05/2012 08:33

Some are red, some are clear. Yes arm feels hot. Am drinking j20 and keep putting the cold bottle against it!

Was out on sun yesterday, as have been most of the week. Am going to look for some piriton - that out to take the itch out a bit?

it sounds like prickly heat - anithistamines will help greatly

Gigondas · 27/05/2012 08:46

Yes antihistamines will help it. But keep it as cool as possible. Can you keep out the sun as I find sun lotion on it makes it worse as on top of the heat (as you are in sun) the lotion stops skin breathing.

thanks, taken piriton
