Anyone had spider neavas on their face??

I have a small red mark that has been on my nose for about 4 months . Just been to doc and he said its spider neavas .
I could go privately to have consultation ,, as he said its not done on nhs but not sure what to do.....
Just wondered if others have had something done and what happened, or any advice would be great thanks

I've got quite a few very small ones of these and a few years ago I went to a beautician who zapped them with a needle (electro-cautery iirc). It wasn't expensive.

Hi there, roughly how much!?! and has that got rid of them for good??? As I read online that they can return!?

I think it was about 20 quid, but that was around 12 years ago!! The ones that were zapped didn't come back, but I do get new ones all the time
