Could it be an arthritis/inflammatory disease type thing?

Maybe worth getting a blood test done.

I wondered if it was a sodium thing! Have been eating a lot of salty things recently

I've had hot hands and feet in the past. Blood tests didn't show up anything.

Are you stressed? Mine seemed to show up when I was overwhelmed at work.

My friend had a pain in her boob which her doctor attributed to stress.

Dehydration?

I have this Janx, and feet too, particularly in the evenings...

I'm pretty sure I have Reynaulds, and thought it may be connected to that? (I say I'm pretty sure as I have all the classic 'cold' symptoms of Reynaulds, but my feet and hands also get really badly affected in summer too...)

Might not be relevant to you though!

Don't feel particularly stressed - was about a month ago but things have calmed down.. I have always had cold hands and feet which I put down to bad circulation. I drink lots of water but have upped it today.
Just googled raymaud and it's not that - poor you that sounds horrible

Hope you manage to sort it Janx.

And yes, it is horrible, I'll take any sympathy Grin. I spend winter with ice blocks for feet and hands, and get chilblains, and then in summer they heat up and go puce red so it's embarrassing a lot of the time to wear sandals / flip flops etc., sigh!

I spend a lot of the summer time looking at people and envying them their normal extremities!
