I am 14 weeks pregnant and suffering really badly with reflux and sickness, it got so bad at the weekend I ended up in hospital vommiting blood, which was made a lot worse by being on anti coagulant injections.
I have some anti sickness pills which have gven me a chronic headache since I've been On them and ranitidine, which so far isn't helping.

My mouth tastes of acid, I feel nauseous and it sounds silly but I am terrified of eating in case it happens again as bad as it did this weekend.
All food makes me feel worse.

Is there anything I can do at all?

Go back to your GP. There are 4 different types of anti-sickness pills you can have in pregnancy and also an alternative to ranitidine.

PS but bear in mind that the headache is more likely due to low blood sugar & dehydration than the tablets.

Try to eat, even if it's tiny amounts. Carbs are best. Nibble a ginger biscuit or piece of dry toast very slowly.
