Does vitamin b complex have any side effects? Ie is this why mid cycle bleed?

Hello first month on B-50 complex vits from Holland and Barratt as have a short 9 day luteal phase. Am on CD11 and have had some spotting. Bit worried as never had this before. What could it be and are the B vits the cause? Thanks in advance for any advice.

I wouldn't have thought it would affect your cycle. I find if I take too much B vitamin my heart races. Your urine is also luminous yellow that's the only side effects I've noticed.
