I'm a working mother of a very lively, not-great-sleeper toddler. I'm just about to start a busy period at work, when I really want to be at my best - not just surviving which is usually the case!
I'm usually totally phobic about taking any kind of weird stimulants, but I think I'm going to need something (ideally natural, vitamins etc. not huge dollops of caffeine). I'm aware of Berocca, but have never tried. Any recommendations for pick me ups that caren't going to send me completely hyper (or warnings to stay away from anything) much appreciated.
