It has only been 19 hours but its a start. Any body else want to join me. Im using patches and the mini lozenges and not finding it too stressfull (so far everybody is still alive :))

I'm on day 7 and I'm finding it a nightmare! I can't stop thinking about fags. I should've used lozenges or something but it feels a shame to re-introduce nicotine now.
